Branded Woodworks maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

It is possible to cancel your order, but only if it hasn’t been processed. The processing time usually takes about 24 hours. Contact us and we will help you. Since these are custom made products, once the order is in production, you are unable to cancel the order or refund the money.

The normal delivery time from the package has left our warehouse is anywhere between 5 days and 2 weeks, depending on your location and choice of freight. Since our focus is creating custom furniture for large projects such as restaurants and bars, delivery options vary.

The freight charge depends on your delivery address.

Returns policy

Since Branded Woodworks is a custom furniture design shop, every purchase is made to order. That being the case, all purchases are FINAL SALE. However, there is a 24 hour grace period between the time of purchase till when we start production. If at any point within that 24 hours you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by emailing info@brandedwoodworks.com or call us at 619.677.5606. All orders after the 24 hour grace period cannot be canceled or refunded.
